		<title>Estonian e-Government Academy</title>
		<description>In my last post I have raised the question how to successfully internationally commercialize the Austrian eGovernment success story. I am still not sure what can be the top-down approach, or broad model which could lead toward sustainable success, but would like to briefly present one successful model, developed by another EU eGovernment champion; Estonia. The Estonian e-Government Academy http://www.ega.ee/ was firstly started as a joint initiative of the Government of Estonia, the Open Society Institute (OSI) and the Regional Support Centre of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where currently is 100% self-financed. They describe their self as a non-governmental, non-profit organisation, founded for the creation and transfer of knowledge concerning e-governance, e-democracy and the development of civil society.  eGa</description>
